Welcome to the first edition of “Friday Favorites.” Each week, I ask an artist his or her favorite things. This week, I talked to Just Blaze about some of his favorite stuff. When I was interviewing him, Jay Electronica was there and answered the same questions as well. I wish I would have had a flip cam to record their conversation on why they picked certain answers as their favorites. For example, they both picked “The Infamous” by Mobb Deep as their favorite album. Their dialogue back and forth was nothing less than classic! Hopefully next time I’ll be more prepared.
